    Table of Contents

Welcome to Vault Women. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of VaultWomen.com, which is operated by Jennifer Perri LLC under the Vault Women brand.

By accessing, browsing, or using this website, you acknowledge that you have had reasonable access to these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the website.

In these Terms, “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Jennifer Perri LLC. “You” or “user” refers to any visitor or user of VaultWomen.com.

Use of this website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and handle personal information. Purchases of Vault Women memberships, programs, or other paid offerings are governed separately by our Terms of Purchase. If a specific program agreement or signed contract conflicts with these Terms regarding a paid product, the more specific agreement controls for that transaction.

    Purpose and Scope

    These Terms govern use of:

    • VaultWomen.com
    • public website content
    • website forms
    • downloadable free resources
    • website-based interactive features
    • other digital website features controlled by Vault Women

Purchases are governed by the Terms of Purchase. Third-party platforms may also have their own terms, which may include Substack, payment providers, community platforms, video conferencing, embedded forms, social platforms, and other service providers.

    Age Requirements

VaultWomen.com is not intended for children under 16. Users must be at least 16 years old to use the website. Where applicable, a user must also have the legal capacity required in their jurisdiction to enter into binding agreements.

    Changes to These Terms

Vault Women may update these Terms from time to time. The Last Updated date indicates the most recent revision. Changes apply prospectively as permitted by law. Continued use of the website after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance where legally permitted. These Terms do not allow materially different contractual obligations for completed purchases to be changed through this website Terms page.

    Website Availability and Changes

    Vault Women may:

    • update website content
    • modify pages
    • add or remove features
    • correct information
    • temporarily suspend access for maintenance
    • discontinue website features

Vault Women does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website.

    Account Security

If you receive login credentials through any Vault Women-controlled website feature, you are responsible for maintaining their confidentiality, using accurate registration information, protecting your password, and notifying Vault Women of any suspected unauthorized access. This section applies only to account functionality directly controlled by Vault Women and not to third-party platforms beyond our control.

    Intellectual Property

Website content owned or licensed by Jennifer Perri LLC / Vault Women may include text, graphics, design, branding, photographs, videos, audio, downloadable materials, frameworks, worksheets, training materials, logos, trademarks, and other proprietary content. The VAULT Framework™ is recognized as proprietary Vault Women intellectual property where applicable. Use of this website does not transfer ownership of any content to you.

    Permitted Use

Vault Women grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to access website content for lawful personal or internal business use. Without written permission, you may not:

    • reproduce substantial portions of website content
    • redistribute proprietary resources
    • resell content
    • create unauthorized derivative products
    • remove copyright or trademark notices
    • use Vault Women branding in a way that implies affiliation or endorsement
    • commercially exploit website content

Ordinary lawful sharing of links to public website pages is permitted.

    Linking to Our Website

You may link to public Vault Women pages provided that you do not falsely imply partnership or endorsement, do not misrepresent Vault Women, do not copy substantial content without permission, and do not use Vault Women trademarks improperly. Ordinary users are not required to obtain permission simply to share a normal website link.

    Prohibited Uses

You may not use the website:

    • unlawfully or fraudulently
    • to impersonate another person or entity
    • to distribute spam
    • to transmit malicious code
    • to interfere with website security
    • to attempt unauthorized access
    • to scrape or harvest personal information
    • to infringe intellectual property rights
    • to harass or harm others
    • to interfere materially with website operation

    Automated Access and Scraping

Vault Women may prohibit unreasonable automated scraping, bots, or crawling that overloads the website, circumvents access controls, extracts protected or proprietary content, harvests personal information, or interferes with site operation. Ordinary search engine indexing and standard web browsers or accessibility tools are not prohibited.

    Content You Submit

You retain ownership of content you submit to Vault Women, subject to any rights reasonably necessary for Vault Women to receive, display, process, moderate, or respond to that content for the purpose for which it was submitted. This may include form responses, comments, feedback, survey responses, application information, community-related submissions, and messages. You represent that you have the right to submit the content you provide.

    Testimonials and Promotional Content

Vault Women may invite users, members, or participants to provide testimonials, photos, feedback, or other promotional content. Identifiable testimonials, images, or similar materials will be used for marketing in accordance with the permission granted by the participant. General website use, social tagging, or community participation does not automatically constitute permission to use a person’s image or testimonial for advertising.

    User Conduct

If the website includes interactive features, submissions must not violate applicable law, infringe another person’s rights, include unlawful harassment, contain hateful or discriminatory content, contain malicious code, impersonate another person, intentionally mislead others, contain unauthorized commercial solicitation, or threaten safety. Vault Women may remove content or restrict website access where reasonably necessary.

    Community Platforms

Vault Women may use third-party platforms to host member communities or other interactive experiences. Those spaces may have separate community guidelines and platform terms. Participation in The Vault or a paid community may also be subject to the applicable Terms of Purchase and program-specific rules. This website Terms page is not the full membership agreement.

    Privacy

Vault Women’s collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

    Informational and Educational Content

Website content is provided for general informational and educational purposes. It does not constitute legal advice, medical advice, mental health treatment, financial advice, tax advice, investment advice, or other licensed professional advice. You remain responsible for your own decisions.

    No Guarantee of Results

Website content does not guarantee business results, revenue, clients, visibility, career outcomes, relationships, partnerships, opportunities, personal transformation, or professional advancement. Results depend on individual circumstances and actions.

    Third-Party Links and Services

VaultWomen.com may link to third-party websites or platforms, which may include Substack, payment processors, community platforms, social media, scheduling platforms, video platforms, and other resources. Vault Women does not control their content, availability, terms, or privacy practices. You should review the applicable third-party policies.

    Website Disclaimer

The website and content are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law. Vault Women does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, complete accuracy of every piece of website information, or the absence of all viruses or technical issues. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be waived.

    Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jennifer Perri LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages resulting from use of the website. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

    Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, any maximum liability arising directly from website use will be limited to the amount paid, if any, specifically for the service giving rise to the claim. Because ordinary website access is free, this provision should be interpreted reasonably and may be reviewed by legal counsel.

    Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you may be responsible for losses arising from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or content you unlawfully submit.

    Dispute Resolution

[LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED — DISPUTE RESOLUTION / ARBITRATION]

This section must be confirmed by legal counsel before publishing. Do not publish with this placeholder unresolved.

Before publication, Jennifer Perri LLC should confirm whether arbitration is required, where disputes are heard, which arbitration rules apply, whether any consumer opt-out process is required, and whether fee allocation is appropriate. The prior arbitration venue used by a related brand should not be adopted by default without review.

    Governing Law

[LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED — GOVERNING LAW / STATE]

This section must be confirmed by legal counsel before publishing. Do not publish with this placeholder unresolved.

The governing jurisdiction should correspond to Jennifer Perri LLC and legal counsel’s recommendation. A prior governing-law provision used by a related brand should not be adopted without confirmation.

    Severability

If one provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.

    No Waiver

Failure to enforce a provision does not automatically waive the right to enforce it later.

    Assignment

You may not assign rights under these Terms where assignment would improperly transfer website access or contractual rights. Jennifer Perri LLC may assign its rights in connection with a lawful business reorganization, sale, merger, or similar transaction.

    Intellectual Property Concerns

If you believe content on VaultWomen.com infringes your intellectual property rights, you may contact connect@vaultwomen.com with sufficient information to identify the protected work, the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, and the basis for the concern. This is not a formal DMCA-designated-agent procedure unless Jennifer Perri LLC has established one.

    Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Terms of Purchase where applicable, and any program-specific agreement where applicable, constitute the relevant agreement regarding use of the website. If a specific signed or purchase agreement conflicts with these general website Terms regarding a paid product, the more specific agreement controls for that transaction.

    Headings

Section headings are for convenience only and do not alter the meaning of these Terms.
